What do I do? Do you have an area in your life that you would like to improve? I help people start creating the life they want today! I help them with healing the physical and emotional body. I offer life coaching, intuitive, tarot and medium messages. I am an energy teacher, life coach and healer.
A session with me is about what you want to work on. Choose an amount of time and we can use that time for a reading, healing work and coaching all within one session. You don't have to pick just one! We are only limited by the time chosen and what we can fit into that time.
I specialize in healing the physical and emotional body through Reiki, Polarity Therapy, Sound healing and help with the direction to take in life through intuitive messages, tarot reading and medium readings. Together, we talk about how to improve your life.
I offer classes on intuition, tarot readings, and day-to-day ways to improve your health. These classes can be individualized or grouped and can be on zoom or in person.
I offer FREE Full moon and New Moon Ceremonies monthly to give back to the community to release what is no longer serving them or set intentions about what they want to manifest in their life. These events can be found on PJs Intuitive Guidance Facebook page and are live events from Facebook. They are always free and last about 15 to 20 minutes. They can always be viewed afterward. You can see past ceremonies there now!
I offer FREE distant healing to anyone who needs continuous physical or emotional healing by placing the person's name and city and state in a Reiki basket that has been charged to offer continuous healing for the names in the basket.
Everything is energy! Our bodies have energy in them and it is our vital life force that keeps us alive! I balance that energy through many different modalities.
Reiki Healing: Reiki is a healing and stress-reducing bodywork that focuses on healing and releasing blocked energy. It can be through touch or without touch. Reiki energy works through my hands to the person and goes where the body needs the release of blocked energy or stress. It is best to allow for an hour to do the entire body but can also be done on areas of the body that are causing pain or discomfort. That pain and discomfort is usually an indicator that the energy is blocked. I can do this type of healing through in-person sessions or distantly. This is often where I find energetic attachments and can release those as well.
Distant Reiki Healing can be done distantly. If you would like distant Reiki, we would schedule a time for you to relax and I will send healing Reiki to you from my business location to your home. It requires you to relax in a comfortable position at the scheduled time and be receptive to the healing.
Sound Healing: Everything vibrates and so do you! Sound is a beautiful way to tune up the body. Your body responds to the sound and it can open chakras and release blocked energy as well. I use tuning forks, singing bowls, and music to harmonize your body with sound. As a music teacher for 33 years, this is something I love to incorporate into a session. Sometimes in a Reiki session, a particular chakra may seem out of balance, I can easily get it back in balance with singing bowls and tuning forks.
Polarity Therapy is a form of energetic medicine. Dr. Stone, the founder of Polarity Therapy, was a western Dr. of Osteopathy, Naturopathy and Chiropractic. He studied eastern medicine like Chinese medicine, yoga, Ayurvedic medicine and reflexology. He discovered that the missing link between eastern and western medicine was ENERGY! He developed a method of healing that uses the vital life force energy in each one of us to harmonize the body. The therapeutic touch focuses on health, not disease, the person and not symptoms, diet and cleansing, lifestyle and mind, body, spirit connection through healing. By balancing the energy in the body similar to sacred geometry, polarity therapy can help the body to naturally heal from within without the use of pharmaceutical drugs.
Tarot Reading: Using tarot cards, I can help with questions that you may have in your life. It can be related to relationships, finances, career and work or any questions about life. Using my intuition, I will gather information to give you messages to help you to navigate what path to take in regards to these questions.
What is intuition? As a psychic, I often receive messages that come to me through words I hear, thoughts that pop into my mind, things I see through meditation, and just a knowing about things. When I read tarot or am asked a question, I receive intuitive messages that I will share about your questions. A lot of people feel that this is whoo-whoo stuff but in reality, it is just quantum physics! It is science! Albert Einstein discovered what he called spooky entanglement. We've all seen E=mc2. What does that mean? Well E is energy = mass times the C which is the speed of light squared. To simplify things, Energy can be transmuted faster than the speed of light and when taped into this energy as a psychic, we can receive energy telepathically or what Einstein calls Spooky entanglement. Now, I have simplified this into a few sentences in terms that everyone can relate to so just know that it is quite scientific and in-depth. But everyone has intuition. Have you ever had a gut feeling to find out you were right? That is intuition. You just knew something. There are many ways to get messages but that is too long to put here.
House Clearings: Do you feel like you have negative energy in your house? I can help you clear it or can clear it for you. Sometimes negative energy gets stuck in your home and there are ways to change the energy. I can do this in person or distantly.
Attachment Removal: Sometimes people have negative energy attached to them and I can help clear that as well. I can do this in person or distantly.
Medium messages: This is when I connect with loved ones that have passed away. I am using Einstein's spooky entanglement in Quantum Physics to receive these messages.
