Polarity Therapy: Polarity therapy is an excellent way to engage the body is releasing blocked energy in the body.  Our body is made up of energy currents and when they become distrupted, pain, discomfortt, illness, emotional issues and symptoms occur.  Polarity balances the energy currents in our body and reduces or eliminates symptoms.  Polarity was created by Dr. Stone who studied Easterna and Western medicine.  He discovered that the missing link between the two was energy!  

What to expect in a session.  There will be a 15 minutes consultation on the symptoms that you are currently having.  From there we will discuss what your top goals are in terms of symptoms to be eliminated or improved.  After that, I will choose from numerous protocols and work on balancing the currents in your body and opening up blocked energy.  Sessions take about an hour but can be scheduled up to 90 minutes.
